Returns Policy

All items are quality checked before they are sent.

In the unlikely scenario your item is damaged, you should email us at indiansecrets.in@gmail.com to notify us of the return within 24 hours days of receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Item needs to be returned to us within 2 days in their original packaging. Please read below to see which items can be returned as some restrictions apply due to hygiene reasons. A full refund will be provided once we receive the items.

Products are eligible for return if:

• Damage occurs to the items during shipment

Products are not available for return if:

• The product is damaged as a result of wear and tear
• In the event of a customer’s change of mind

Can I exchange my item/s?

We DO NOT accept exchange of any items due to change of mind/doesn't suit your needs. Our products have specifications in their description which give you details on the products. This includes the length and weight of the products.
